Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow your personal practice and support team members in achieving their goals.
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them enhance their skills and client relationships.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions are consistently delivered.
  • Drive business development initiatives, leveraging proven marketing channels to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and deliver holistic financial advice to clients.
