Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and service-oriented Universal Member Agent to join our Minocqua team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with members, building relationships, and assisting with a wide range of financial needs. As a Universal Member Agent, you will provide frontline service while also supporting members with account maintenance, consumer lending, digital banking, and everyday transactions.
