You will be responsible for producing high-quality user interface text, online help, developer guides, and other user assistance materials. This position is ideal for a self-directed individual who is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and understands the impact of their work on the overall success of the product. Responsibilities: Create and update documentation for Salesforce AgentExchange. Develop, write, edit, and format materials, including technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation. Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines while creating, updating, and enhancing documentation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts. Utilize innovative technical communication tools and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality work. Qualifications: 6-8 years of technical writing experience. Proven expertise as a Grade IV Technical Writer, including self-directed research and team collaboration. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience using AI tools for content creation and editing. Ability to create user-friendly documentation that simplifies complex technical concepts.
