The Financial Analyst for Entegral plays a key role in analyzing, evaluating and optimizing our financial and operational performance. Pay Range: [$75,200-90,300]

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage financial dashboards using Looker Studio and Big Query
  • Develop methods for calculation and reporting of financial metrics for various departments and teams, determining and evolving data source strategy to meet the needs of the business
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, assess different scenarios, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize data structures and standards for data ingestion
  • Query and analyze large datasets (using SQL) to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and root causes of business problems.
  • Translate technical data findings into actionable strategic recommendations for non-technical leadership and department leads (Sales, Product, Finance, Operations etc).
  • Work with Product and Sales departments to develop pricing strategies for Entegral products
  • Leverage AI and modern analytics framework to design and maintain interactive financial tools, calculators and scenario models.
  • Evaluate product profitability and vendor cost structures, building analytical models to assess pricing changes and identify margin improvement opportunities across the business.
  • Create financial presentations for Executive Leadership Team
  • Serve as a project manager for various company wide projects

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be located in AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, PA, TX, VA, WA or WI
  • Must be able to travel and attend in-person meetings, training, and business events at company offices and other U.S. locations, including Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO, up to 2–4 times per year as required
  • Must be minimum 18 years of age
  • For remote or full remote work-from-home positions, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated professional workspace, and a functioning webcam are required. This position operates in a camera-on, video-first environment, and regular video participation is a condition of employment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Data Science or equivalent
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in Data or Financial Analytics including:
  • Understanding financial data and translating it into actionable strategies
  • Experience in data pipelines, SQL, machine learning and visualization
  • Interpreting analytics and metrics
  • Building metric dashboards, pricing tools or methods of calculation
  • Intermediate level proficiency or higher in Excel
  • Professional work experience with cloud data warehouses (i.e. Big Query, Snowflake or similar)

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Accounting or Finance for a SaaS company
  • Google Suite Experience (Looker Studio, Google Sheets)
  • AI Experience
