Job description

Director, Financial Systems (FP&A Focus | Oracle Fusion | CPA Required) – 100% Remote

We’re partnering with a high-growth, customer-focused healthcare organization to hire a Director of Financial Systems with a strong FP&A and Oracle Fusion background. This is a highly visible role driving finance transformation, leading system strategy, and partnering across FP&A, Accounting, and IT to modernize and scale financial operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader with deep systems expertise who enjoys optimizing processes, driving automation, and owning enterprise-wide system initiatives in a fully remote environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of financial systems supporting FP&A and Accounting
  • Serve as the business lead for Oracle Fusion, driving enhancements, integrations, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and Audit to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Lead end-to-end system implementations and transformation initiatives, from design through post-go-live support
  • Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across budgeting, forecasting, close, and reporting cycles
  • Establish and maintain governance, controls, and best practices across financial systems
  • Manage and develop a financial systems team, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on system investments, capabilities, and long-term roadmap
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience across FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation
  • Proven leadership experience owning financial systems or ERP environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (required)
  • Experience with system implementations, integrations, and process automation initiatives
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and accounting principles
  • Prior experience partnering across technical and non-technical teams
  • CPA or relevant finance background preferred
  • Experience with tools like BlackLine or similar is a plus
Why This Role
  • Fully remote (aligned to East/Central hours)
  • High-impact role with ownership over finance systems strategy
  • Opportunity to sit at the intersection of FP&A, Accounting, and Technology
  • Join a growing, mission-driven healthcare organization focused on innovation and accessibility
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking culture with a strong focus on process improvement and modernization
