We provide Global Corporate Investment Banking and Global Transaction Services with direction on technology strategy and solutions to align with the business strategy. We manage architecture-related risks along with driving adherence to published standards, principles, and technology blueprints. We have an exciting Solutions Architect opportunity for an experienced technologist supporting Payments, Accounting Services, Liquidity Management, Receivables, Trade Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Card domains. The team have a global presence in the US, EMEA and APAC. You will have the opportunity to work on an exciting, challenging, and varied book of work.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution architecture which aligns with the business strategy, enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices.
  • Describes the solution intent and the associated operating environment, determines the primary systems/subsystems and their interfaces, defining non-functional requirements.
  • Ensures the solution is fit for purpose by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers. In parallel, evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.
  • Working with both business and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision.
  • Leads rapid shaping of a high-level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensures architecture is flexible, modular, and designed to adapt easily.
  • Utilizes the defined best practices, templates, and documentation to create architectural designs.
