SAP Finance Solution Architect

Location: NY, NJ Need local or Near by

Primary Responsibilities

business process assessment and advisory for SAP S/4HANA Finance

transformation programs

Lead

Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops covering Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close,

Financial Planning processes.

Define target-state finance processes aligned with SAP- Best Practices & Clean Core

principles.

Provide expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders,

Treasury, Tax and Financial Closing

Lead design discussions for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting, including

revenue recognition, IFRS 1S/ASC 606 compliance, contract accounting & revenue

allocation.

Advise on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, including consolidation units, financial

close, intercompany eliminations, currency transiation, consolidation rules, statutory

reporting.

Lead financial planning and forecasting workshops using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Planning, including budgeting. forecasting. allocations, driver-based planning &

management reporting

Assess finance master data readiness inciuding Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit

Centers, Business Partners and Financial Dimensions.

Identify process gaps and recommend SAP standard capabilities while minirizing

customizations

Support executive workshops, roadmap development, implemnentation planning &

value realization discussions

Collaborate with integration, data migration, reporting, security and change

management teams

Experience

14 -16 years of SAP Finance consuiting esperience withend-to-end SAP multiple implementations Strong expertise in SAP SAHANA Finance including CL, AP, AR, AA, Costing, Financial Close & Universal Joumal

• Hands-on experience impilementing SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)

• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting for financial consolidation.

• Experience delivering budgeting and planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards

• Experience leading executive workshops, Fit-to-Standard sessions, and advisory engagements

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
