Job Description

As a Software Developer, you will be challenged to engineer rightsized solutions for complex business problems. You will develop robust and scalable front-end as well as server-side software for high-volume transactional web-based applications. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop features for a web-based application(s)
  • Develop service-oriented architecture solutions that integrate with complex database and third-party components
  • Construct and manage REST services published to both internal and external consumers
  • Develop platform-level components including event architectures, messaging, and caching solutions
  • Collaborate on developing best practices, code reviews, internal tools and process improvements
  • Analyze and conceive solutions, and develop prototypes for next generation components to extend platform architecture, solve complex business problems and extend business functionality
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  •  Willing and interested to work on Javascript frameworks like Express/ NodeJS or AngularJS
  • Willing and interested to work on Java, MySql and MongoDB
  • Passionate about learning new software technologies
  • Team player with an agile mindset
  • Interested in continuous integration and continuous delivery of software using Amazon Web Services
  • Knowledge or experience working with enterprise source control software like GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket

Additional Information
