Job description

Financial Services Representative (Investments & Retirement)

Build a career... not just a book of business.
What if you could build a successful financial services career with access to more than 3,000 existing client households instead of spending years cold calling strangers?
At Clint Wilson State Farm, you'll help families make confident decisions about retirement, investments, and protection while receiving coaching, mentorship, and a clear path for growth. This role is designed for someone who wants to become an elite financial professional and potentially grow into agency leadership or even become a State Farm Agent.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity:
  • Access to 3,000+ existing client households.
  • Base salary + uncapped commissions + bonus opportunities.
  • Appointments and statement gathering supported by our team.
  • Direct coaching from a President's Club / Chairman's Circle agency owner.
  • Comprehensive financial planning solutions—not just one product.
  • Clear leadership and career growth path.

What You'll Do:
  • Meet with approximately two clients per day.
  • Identify retirement and investment opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Coach teammates to uncover financial services opportunities.
  • Develop relationships that lead to referrals and networking opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on IRAs, Roth IRAs, advisory accounts, mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and disability insurance.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through ongoing financial reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Life & Health insurance license required.
  • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.
  • Existing securities licenses preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, integrity, and a growth mindset.

Career Path
This is intentionally built as a long-term career opportunity. Successful team members can expand into senior financial responsibilities, lead our growing financial services operation, and potentially pursue the opportunity to become a State Farm Agent. We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful, not simply fill a position.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, PTO, retirement benefits, licensing support, professional development, and additional agency benefits.

Apply If
You enjoy helping people, believe financial education changes lives, are willing to earn professional licenses, and want to grow with a high-performing team that invests in your future.
