Now Hiring: Operations Analysts
TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Tempe, AZ seeking detail-oriented professionals to join their Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in operations, back-office processing, administrative support, banking, financial services, data entry, or other process-driven environments.
This is not a call center position. The role focuses on transaction processing, data validation, account review, and reporting within a fast-paced operations environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and process financial transactions and account updates
- Perform account corrections and data validation activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
- Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools
- Research and resolve processing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Support retirement and investment account processing activities
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, back-office processing, administrative support, financial services, banking, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services, banking, investment operations, or retirement services experience
- Experience with transaction processing, account maintenance, or data management
- Familiarity with retirement account processing
- Experience working with financial systems and operational workflows
Schedule & Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule in Tempe, AZ
- Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
- Training provided
- Collaborative team environment with opportunities to gain financial services operations experience

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
