Now Hiring: Operations Analysts

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Tempe, AZ seeking detail-oriented professionals to join their Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in operations, back-office processing, administrative support, banking, financial services, data entry, or other process-driven environments.

This is not a call center position. The role focuses on transaction processing, data validation, account review, and reporting within a fast-paced operations environment.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process financial transactions and account updates
  • Perform account corrections and data validation activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
  • Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools
  • Research and resolve processing discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Support retirement and investment account processing activities
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in operations, back-office processing, administrative support, financial services, banking, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial services, banking, investment operations, or retirement services experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
