Remote Sales Representative


The Edson Agency is growing and looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a career in the financial services industry.


Compensation:

This is a remote, performance-based sales position. Compensation is earned through commissions and production bonuses as well as achievable profit sharing and equity sharing opportunities. First year agents earn $80,000–$180,000+ annually.


No sales, financial services or insurance experience is required.


What You'll Do

  • Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance and financial services products — no cold calling
  • Help clients identify insurance and financial protection solutions that fit their needs
  • Use proprietary technology to manage and grow your book of business
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
