The Risk Treatment Specialist is a key position within Northern Trust's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, charged with the responsibility of overseeingissuesmanagement and risk treatment. Sitting within the 2ndline of defense, this Specialist reports to the Head of Risk Treatment and will playan important rolein governing issues management and risk treatment and related activitiesestablishingdeep relationships with the 1stline of defense and other key stakeholders. The core responsibilities encompass oversight of governance, program adherence, system integration, and thematic analysis. The Risk Treatment Specialist role will support the Head of Risk Treatment is fostering a proactive approachtoissuesmanagement across the lines of defense.

10+years ofRisk Managementexperiencetoincludeone of the following:Operational Risk, Financial Risk,Cyber Resilience, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, IT RiskandControl, and/or IT Audit
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, training, and monitoring enterprise risk treatment practices, supporting effective implementation and sustainability

Salary Range:
$108,965 - 185,155 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
