The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, construction accounting background, leadership capabilities, and proficiency with Trimble Vista.

This position is also eligible for a performance-based annual bonus tied to company performance, financial accuracy, cash-flow management, timely reporting, team development, and the successful execution of departmental objectives.

Benefits include:

This person must be equally comfortable developing financial strategy, reviewing company performance with ownership, managing banking and insurance relationships, and ensuring that monthly reconciliations, payroll, billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting are completed accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will bring structure, accountability, and visibility to a growing organization while developing the people, processes, systems, and controls required to support continued expansion.

  • Maintain disciplined revenue recognition, job-cost accounting, work-in-progress reporting, accruals, and intercompany accounting.
  • Coordinate annual tax preparation, financial reviews, audits, and other outside accounting requirements.
  • Maintain lender-ready financial reporting and ensure compliance with loan covenants and reporting deadlines.
Cash Flow, Banking, and Risk Management
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, borrowing availability, and short- and long-term capital requirements.
  • Oversee treasury functions, banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.
