Job description

Contingent Assets is looking for a Controller with a CPA and SEC Financial Reporting. This candidate needs to have experience in a public company overseeing SEC reporting. A CPA is required for this role and you must have strong current experience with 10K/10Qs fillings. This position will report directly to the CFO.

As controller you will oversee all accounting task as well as month end close.

You must demonstrate that you can work remotely and perform required task independently.
