As aProduct Manager, you willbe responsible forthe overallfunctional, business, and financial performance of assigned products throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as the product champion, developing product strategies,identifyingmarket opportunities, and collaborating across engineering, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to drive product success. This role requires a strong balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and market awareness to maximize product value and customer satisfaction.

As a Product Manager, you willbe responsible for:

  • Owning the functional, business, and financial performance of assigned product lines.

  • Serving as the primary advocate for the product internally and externally with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

  • Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to communicate product value propositions and benefits.

  • Developing and executing product strategies and long-term visions based on market research, customer feedback, and businessobjectives.

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis toidentifyindustry trends, customer requirements, market opportunities, and threats.

  • Developing andmaintainingproduct roadmaps, prioritizing features, enhancements, and investments based on business value and customer needs.

  • Partnering with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain teams tovalidateforecasts andidentifyproducts requiring specialized supply chain strategies.

  • Collaborating with Supply Chain organizations toidentifyopportunities for cost reduction, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

  • Leading product management activities within the Product Development Management (PDM) process and ensuring adherence to product governance requirements.

  • Collaborating with Engineering & Technology, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful product development and commercialization.

  • Participating in stage-gate reviews and providing required documentation to support product development milestones.

  • Staying informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Leveraging supplier capabilities and strategic partnerships to influence product line strategy and market competitiveness.

  • Planning and executing new product launches, including pricing strategies, product positioning, market introduction plans, and customer communication strategies.

  • Ensuringnew technologiesand product advancements arevalidatedwith customers and regulatory agencies asrequired.

  • Managing the complete product lifecycle, including monitoringNewProduct Introduction (NPI) and New Product Revenue (NPR) performance.

  • Leading initiatives that combine product development, operational improvements, and process optimization.

  • Providing technical support and product expertise to Service Delivery teams forescalatedcustomer and operational issues.

  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and leading efforts to reduce product and operational carbon footprints.

  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with company Health, Safety, Environmental, Legal, and Ethical standards.

Water Conformance Expertise

  • Direct experience with Water Conformance technologies, products, and services in upstream oil and gas applications.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of water shutoff and conformance control technologies, including chemical and mechanical(desirable)solutions used to mitigate excess water production.

  • Experience withtwoor more of the following technologies: Relative Permeability Modifiers (RPMs), Polymer gels and cross-linked gel systems, Profile modification treatments, Chemical diversiontechnologies,Chemicalwater shutoff.

  • Experience evaluating candidate wells, designing treatment strategies, and assessing treatment performance to improve reservoir conformance and production efficiency.

  • Understanding ofreservoir engineering principles related to water production, sweep efficiency, water breakthrough, and conformance control.

  • Knowledge of produced water management, reservoir surveillance, production optimization, and water mitigation strategies.

  • Experience working with operators, reservoir engineers, production engineers, and intervention teams toidentifyand implement conformance improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to develop value propositions and commercialization strategies supported by field performance data, economic analysis, and customer outcomes.

  • Experience supporting the development, deployment, and commercialization of innovative water management and conformance technologies.

  • Have aBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.

  • Have5+ years of experience in product management, sales, operations, technology, engineering, or technical support roles.

  • Haveexperience developing product strategies and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and an understanding of market dynamics.

  • Haveexperience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement activities.

  • Be able to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

  • Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Possess strong project management and organizational capabilities.

  • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Be willing and able to travel asrequired(25%+ travel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior product management experience within industrial, energy, manufacturing, technology, or engineered product environments.

  • Strong understanding of Product Development Management (PDM) processes and stage-gate methodologies.

  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Proven technical and commercial business acumen.

  • Experience marketing products and services to industrial or technical customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive innovation, and achieve business results in a fast-paced environment.
