Overview

Banyan Search is partnering with a growing, well-established organization to place a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance professional ready to serve as a strategic partner to Marketing and Operations, owning the full finance stack across a multi-business-line environment. From budgeting, forecasting, and accounting to internal controls, growth evaluation, and process modernization, this role offers real scope and visibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own annual operating and capital budgets; deliver in-year projections and drive executive cash and capital planning across multiple business units
  • Oversee revenue and expense accounting for all business units; certify accuracy and deliver clear written and verbal narratives on monthly results

  • Background in a professional or corporate services environment; multi-entity or divisional exposure strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting platforms; experience with reconciliation, BI, and Excel-based reporting tools required
  • Proven track record in workflow design and process improvement; demonstrated success building scalable operations in a growth environment
  • Strong leader-coach with high integrity, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills
  • Change-ready, proactive, and energized by continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment
