Job Opportunity: Office & Financial Operations Manager
A specialized engineering and technology firm in the Loveland, CO area is seeking a proactive Office & Financial Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business functions. This is a critical, in-office role designed for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment alongside a dedicated team of engineers and technicians.
Position Overview
This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the financial health and administrative flow of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently to ensure all office and financial operations run smoothly.
- Location: Loveland, CO (In-Office)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Full-cycle management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with an external payroll provider to process employee pay, manage 401(k) accounts, and handle related financial reporting.
- Human Resources: Manage foundational HR-type duties and personnel-related administrative tasks.
- Office Ownership: Act as the central point of contact for office operations, ensuring the facility remains organized and functional.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
