Job Title: Financial Operations Supervisor

Locations: Braintree, MA | Kansas City, MO | Jacksonville, FL | Denver, CO (Hybrid)

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead and develop a team of Workforce Management Analysts and Financial Solutions Analysts across hybrid, virtual, and offshore environments
  • Establish and reinforce a strong risk and control framework, including oversight of associate data security, access management, and adherence to operational standards
  • Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload management to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Manage complex operational workflows, including issue resolution, break/fix activities, and root cause analysis
  • Own and execute projects, including client onboarding, technology initiatives, and process enhancements
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new systems, processes, and best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Client teams to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve overall performance
  • Manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • 5-10+ years of experience in financial services or investment operations
  • Experience managing multiple functions or teams with diverse responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and data security within an operational environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects, drive change, and improve processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with hybrid, virtual, and/or offshore teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
