Nature of Work:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, execution‑focused finance professional to support complex financial, banking, investment, and legal workflows across multiple entities and transactions. This role serves as a central operator—coordinating between internal leadership, external banks, legal counsel, and advisors—to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and follow‑through on high‑value financial activities.
This is an execution and operations role, not a pure accounting or modeling position. Success is defined by organization, responsiveness, and the ability to advance multiple projects forward simultaneously.
Examples of work performed:
Investment amp; Transaction Analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of financial analysis of internal and external investment opportunities
  • Track investment activity, confirmations, and ongoing distributions
  • Maintain transaction summaries and ownership records
Banking amp; Capital Support
  • Prepare and maintain loan schedules, debt summaries, and supporting documentation
  • Track outstanding items and coordinate lender requests, questionnaires, and ongoing information needs
  • Support treasury and cash‑movement execution, including wire preparation
Legal amp; Transaction Coordination
  • Organize and manage legal and transactional documents (operating agreements, loan documents, subscriptions, amendments)
  • Track document versions, redlines, and execution status
  • Coordinate with external counsel, title companies, and counterparties to keep matters moving
  • Prepare summaries and comparisons for internal review
Reporting amp; Information Management
  • Maintain a clean, centralized document repository and data room structure
  • Respond to internal requests for historical financial, entity, and transaction information
  • Support audit, tax, and advisory requests by compiling and organizing required materials
Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved
  • Provide concise status updates and summaries to senior leadership

Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, transaction services, investment operations, family office, real estate finance, private equity operations, or corporate banking
  • Strong understanding of financial documents, entity structures, and transaction workflows
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  • Comfort communicating with banks, attorneys, and senior professionals
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • Strong organizational instincts and follow‑through
  • Strong knowledge base in financial reporting, data structure amp; visualization (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, AI workflows, etc.)

Compensation:
  • Base salary range $80,000-$110,000 per annum
