Operations Associate: JCL Services, LLC seeks Operations Associate to work in Denver CO, MSA: 175 Fillmore Street, Denver, CO, 80206 & 18475 W Colfax Ave, Suite 132, Golden, CO 80401. TRAVEL: 2x annual site visits to locations where the foundation conducts philanthropy w/in the US. DUTIES: Grants mgmt: oversee & manage assigned areas of grant & contract lifecycles. Compliance: liaison between Family Office/Program staff & legal staff to ensure compliance w/ IRS regulations/policies. Budget Management: track spending against program & staff budgets. Data Systems & Reporting: maintain accurate & complete records in the org's grants mgmt & acct systems. Process Design & Improvement: ensure up to date & accurate documentation of relevant organizational processes/ procedures. REQ: Bachelor's in Business Administration; Finance; Nonprofit Management; Accounting; or closely related field; 24 mos exp in Accountant, Accounting Associate, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or closely related field w/ duties related to grant management experience, grant management software, etc. Must have exp & knowledge of different impact vehicles and mechanisms (grants, contracts, loans, donor-advised fund grants, impact investments); Must have fluency in Spanish. Salary: $102,648 $105,000 (Annual bonus up to 10% of salary, health insurance, 401k match (up to 3%).
