Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This position ensures accurate financial transactions, effective inventory management, timely invoicing, and a well-organized office environment while providing responsive support to both internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and maintain inventory procurement, receiving, and tracking to ensure operational readiness.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Purchase office supplies, inventory, and stock to maintain a productive workplace.
  • Assist with office organization and light facility upkeep.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions that contribute to overall business operations.

Client & Team Support

  • Assist with client-facing accounting inquiries and discussions, delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to dispatch and operations personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate across departments to help ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Additional Contributions

  • Support compliance with company policies by ensuring accounting and office procedures remain current, documented, and accessible.
