The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-performing Business Operations Associate to help solve complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, and support the scaling of our financial operations platform. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone transitioning out of investment banking, management consulting, or private equity (2-4 years of experience), eager to move into a fast-paced SaaS business environment.
What You'll Do
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across product, finance, and service delivery teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to drive decision-making and operational transparency
  • Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development for new initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Support M&A integration, pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and business case planning
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
  • Operate as a versatile problem-solver-whether analyzing operational data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or optimizing internal systems and workflows

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or BizOps at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel and financial modeling skills (SQL or Looker experience a plus)
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and break down complexity
  • Thrives in a startup environment
