VIP Staffing is immediately hiring an Operations and Finance Assistant for a leading organization in Albuquerque NM
This is a Temporary position that will last 4-6 weeks with a schedule of Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
Pay for this position will be $20-$25 per hour DOE

As a Operations and Finance Assistant your key responsibilities are:
  • Administrative Support — Assist the Executive Director with daily operational tasks, project coordination, and general administrative needs.
  • Financial Coordination — Support light bookkeeping, maintain financial records, and prepare invoices and financial documentation.
  • Grant & Reporting Support — Serve as liaison with the external accounting firm for monthly financial statements, grant reporting, and supporting documentation.
  • Consultant Billing — Manage consultant time tracking and billing processes.
  • Meeting & Committee Coordination — Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, packets, and materials for Board and committee meetings.
  • Records Management — Organize and maintain operational and financial files.
  • General Operations Support — Perform additional duties to support finance, operations, and strategic priorities.
Operations and Finance Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • 1+ year Experience in administrative, operational, or financial support roles
  • Strong Attention to Detail and organizational Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic bookkeeping or financial record keeping preferred
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership and external partners.
