The Technology Finance team plays a critical role in helping one of the company's largest and most strategic investment areas make informed business decisions. We are seeking a curious, analytical, and proactive finance professional who enjoys solving complex problems, challenging assumptions, and translating data into actionable business recommendations. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their business partnership capabilities while helping shape the future of Technology Finance.

- Create and maintain driver-based financial models to improve forecast accuracy and transparency
- Monitor actual results versus assumptions and identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for key business decisions
- Partner across Technology Finance to ensure assumptions, forecasts, and reporting remain aligned
Own and explain financial performance
- Manage monthly reporting and variance analysis for assigned technology portfolios
- Identify and communicate key drivers behind spending trends and forecast changes
- Develop executive-ready commentary that explains financial results, risks, opportunities, and actions
- Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and accounting requirements
Drive financial transparency and business insight
- Analyze technology spending patterns, investment activity, and allocation impacts
- Support development of reporting that improves visibility into technology costs and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve financial management, decision-making, and resource optimization
- Create scalable analyses and reporting solutions that improve consistency and reduce manual effort
Help modernize Technology Finance
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve recurring finance processes
- Leverage AI, analytics, and visualization tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support
- Support implementation of standardized reporting, reusable models, and automated workflows
- Promote adoption of modern finance practices that shift effort from data collection to insight generation
- Actively share best practices and improvement opportunities across the Finance organization
Collaborate Across Finance and Technology

- Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
- Demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through on commitments and deliverables
