Long View is seeking a Finance Business Partner for our Head Office team, based in Calgary, AB, who is more than just a numbers person. You'll act as a trusted financial advisor to our branch leaders-translating financial insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and unlock value.
A Day in the Life:
  • Serve as the strategic finance liaison to branch leadership across North America.
  • Lead budget and forecast cycles, provide monthly financial insights, and guide decision-making through data.
  • Analyze results, identify trends, and communicate the "why" behind the numbers-not just the "what."
  • Deliver value-added financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis for special initiatives.
  • Prepare dynamic, data-informed reporting packages for senior leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and planning accuracy.

What You Bring to Long View:
  • 7+ years' experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting
  • Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Exceptional skills in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint and the full Microsoft suite
  • Strong interpersonal and partnering capabilities-you work well across teams and leadership levels
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
  • Working towards CPA certification
  • Bonus: Experience in the consulting industry, D365 experience and Solver experience
$75,000 - $90,000 a year
