Reply is a network of highly specialized companies supporting global industrial groups operating in the telecom and media, industry and services, banking, insurance and public administration sectors in the definition and development of business models enabled for the new paradigms of AI, cloud computing, digital media and the Internet of Things. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services.
 
Reply Inc. is looking for a Financial Manager for Chicago, IL. Duties: Leading management in reporting function for US companies; delivering accurate financial insights and strategic support to leadership; overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across US operations; ensuring alignment of management reporting standards and practices; supporting M&A and new corporate initiatives from financial standpoint.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the management in reporting function for the US companies
  • Deliver accurate financial insights and strategic support to executive leadership
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across US operations
  • Ensure alignment of management reporting standards and practices
  • Support M&A and new corporate initiatives from financial standpoint 
Minimum Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, economics, or similar
  • 4 years' experience in finance positions in multinational organizations, to include budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and corporate finance
  • Experience supporting M&A and new corporate initiatives from financial standpoint
  • Strong understanding of US and international financial reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The base compensation for this full-time position is $221,312 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
