Financial Consultant Manager

Employee Referral Bonus: $250

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Financial Consultant Manager is responsible for leading the process of preparation and interpretation of complex financial analysis for Carelon Insights. Has end to end ownership/management of business processes and works across functions and business departments to drive holistic and consistent solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Serves as primary liaison between finance leadership and business unit.
• Prepares and presents month-end financial statements and supporting analysis.
• Leads the processes for and prepares monthly financial forecasts, annual plans, and long-term growth plans.
• Performs ad hoc analyses for business, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Consults with and provides management with solutions and recommended actions.
• Supports commercialization efforts, new business opportunities, and other growth initiatives.
• Works with cross-functional teams on strategic projects that support business unit and company goals.
• Performs other relevant tasks in support of business and company objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years budgeting, forecasting, and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Strong knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls and our financial systems.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, SmartView, and PeopleSoft.
• Ability to present results to a business audience and toparticipatecollaboratively in a team tasked to produce complex analyses on a rigorous schedule.
