JOB SUMMARY
Provide general office & event support to the Campus Inclusion Center. Assist with event setup, program coordination, and perform general clerical and administrative tasks associated with CIC programs and events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute event set-up & break down, create / execute event dรฉcor for Heritage months & CIC events. Research inclusion content and topics, evaluate surveys, and review Campus Inclusion suggestion box entries for programming ideas.
Create posters and/or fliers for CIC related events and programs.
Provide general clerical/administrative support for CIC programs and events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility is required
Must be a current full-time student at Seton Hall University
Be in good academic standing with Seton Hall University
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Be available to attend mandatory trainings and events
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Event set-up experience, public relations/marketing experience (for student/campus events), poster/flier design capabilities, customer service/hospitality experience. Interested in promoting and/or learning about inclusion.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift tables, chairs & misc. items up to 15 lbs
