In this pivotal role, you will support Macquarie Asset Management's Global Head and Americas' Head of Inclusion in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our Inclusion strategy. Your work will ensure alignment with regional and business strategies, regulatory mandates, and specific focus areas. You will play a crucial role in embedding Inclusion principles across our organization through comprehensive learning programs, effective governance of employee network groups, and embedding into our talent initiatives.

What role will you play?

Partnering with the Head of Inclusion, you will spearhead the development, execution, and annual refresh of our Inclusion Strategy and Roadmap. You will ensure alignment of Inclusion initiatives with regional and business strategies, regulatory mandates, and specific focus areas, while owning the delivery and execution of Inclusion initiatives and securing leadership buy-in.
Drawing on learning needs assessments, you will create bespoke content for inclusive training programmes, including recruiting training. You will craft and deliver training programmes that embed an inclusive lens across all regional learning and ensure Inclusion principles are incorporated throughout all training efforts.
Through the governance and management of employee network groups, you will refresh governance frameworks, set goals, provide advisory support, manage budgets, and guide their strategic direction and creation. You will advise on opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of employee network groups, oversee the production of regional communications, and address Inclusion concerns as a visible advocate and adviser.
Working across talent initiatives, you will partner in designing and implementing strategies that seamlessly embed Inclusion into talent acquisition, development, and retention processes. You will conduct fairness checks, review policies, and develop inclusive recruiting strategies that foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Salary range for this position: $160,000-180,000/year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
