What are financial Excel spreadsheets?

Financial Excel spreadsheets are digital documents created using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data. They are commonly used by businesses and individuals for budgeting, forecasting, tracking expenses, creating financial statements, and performing complex financial calculations.
