Summary:

Aquatech is a global leader in water purification systems technology for both industrial and infrastructure markets located in the United States and internationally. We support our clients with sustainable water purification systems and technologies that are solving the worlds water scarcity challenges.

Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Commercial Engineering Internย to work in our Canonsburg, PA office.ย This role will focus on bridging engineering and commercial activities through cost modeling, pricing development, and deal support.ย The internship is Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Intern will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non-Exempt employee.

Job Description:

This role provides hands-on experience supporting Aquatechโ€™s deal development process by helping design structured cost and pricing tools. The intern will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality in project cost estimation and pricing.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with both technical and financial data
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Internship:

Aquatech Internships are in the office five days per week, 40 hours per week. The internship program is temporary employment that lasts for a maximum duration of ninety (90) days. Successful completion of this internship will provide you with invaluable skills in the water treatment industry and make a compelling addition to your professional journey.

Physical Job Demands:

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • Pursuing a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework
  • Interest in both technical engineering and commercial/business processes
  • Experience with Excel strongly preferred
