Financial Controller- Manufacturing
Location: Newark, NJ- Daily
Compensation: $120,000-$135,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Controller:

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, payroll coordination, and cash positioning.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team.
