Global Lead, External Corporate Communications

Job Summary

This role leads external engagement activitiesforHPInc.'s corporate communicationsteam and is accountable for drivingmediaand influencerrelationshipsas well asleading communication effortsrelated to corporatenarrative, CEO visibility,financial communications,owned media storytelling,andleveraginginsights andmeasurementsto drivebusiness objectives. This rolewillserve asa trusted advisorto senior executives, shapepositioning,leadamedia relations and contentteam,andpartner withother corporate affairs andmarketingleaders.Thisleaderalsowill play arole inadvancing innovation in practicesandtoolsusedby corporate communicationsto improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

CorporateNarrative

  • Own and evolve HPInc.'s corporate narrative platformensuring clear, differentiated, and consistent narrativesand supporting assets that define HP and itsbusiness priorities.

  • Oversee development and maintenance of key assets supportingHP's evolving corporatenarrative.

External Corporate Communications

  • Leadexternal engagementforkeycorporatetopicsand milestones related to HP Inc. and its leadership.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier media and industry influencers that are important to theHP Inc.organization anditsbusinessinterests.

  • Driveproactiveand reactivemediaoutcomes that advanceHP's competitive positionthrough both traditional and non-traditional media channels.

  • Driveearned-and owned-media storytellingfor corporate storylines.

  • Establish and drive aninternal and externalprogramto support HP's CEO.

Financial Communications

  • Work in close partnership with Investor Relations to overseeearned mediaactivities related toHP Inc.'sinvestment casetofinancial audiences.

Corporate Reputation Insights & Measurement

  • Coordinate efforts to build and maintain a next-generation reputation intelligence system thatusesleading-edge technology to monitor the media environment, track HP's position inits competitive environment, andcreate insights that drive high-ROI execution.

Team Leadership,StrategicAdvisor,& Agency Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing counsel on positioning, messaging, and reputation.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Help improve teameffectiveness through process optimization, tools, andROI/measurement frameworks.

  • Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes.

  • Explore and leverage emerging channels and AI-driven communications approaches to extend reach and influence

Education & Experience

  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.

  • 10+ years of work experience in communications, journalism, or marketing.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability todirectlylink communicationsstrategiesand activities to business results.

  • Experience succeeding ina matrixed, globalorganization and lead through influence.

  • Adept atstorytellingthrough traditional and non-traditional mediachannels.

  • Experiencemanagingfinancial communicationsata public company, including earnings and transactions.

  • Superior writing and editing skills; strong oral communications skills and ability todistill andconvey complex ideas.

  • Superior organizationalskillsand program management skills withina fast-paced and demanding environment.

  • The ability to focus onresults anddetailssimultaneously, inahigh-pressure environment.

  • Ability toeffectivelyinteract with all levels of thecompany,including senior management.

  • Flexible,agile, and able to thrive within an organization undergoing transformation.
