Job description

Voy is exclusively recruiting a Crypto Fund Controller for a leading venture and crypto investment platform with ~$3b AUM. The candidate will take full ownership of fund accounting, operations and valuations across its digital asset strategies.


This is a high-impact, high-ownership role within an established team that offers a competitive salary, generous benefits and significant carry, all while working remotely


Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee a range of crypto-native transactions, including Token transfers and vesting schedules, SAFT and equity investmen
  • Manage relationships with crypto custody providers and support ongoing operational workflows
  • Oversee and coordinate with the fund administrator, ensuring accuracy across NAV, reporting, and fund activity
  • Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including audit coordination
  • Manage external tax advisors and support fund-level tax processes
  • Respond to investor inquiries and support investor reporting deliverables
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (legal, investment team, leadership) on fund operations and ad hoc initiatives
  • Take ownership of day-to-day fund operations while identifying issues proactively across reporting, expenses, and processes


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
  • 8+ years of fund finance experience in a private equity or venture capital environments
  • Strong understanding of fund mechanics (NAV, capital activity, financial reporting)
  • Crypto fund experience required
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving fund environments
