Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Newark, DE financial center at 287 East Main Street, Suite 105.  Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Provide customers with a one stop experience to fulfill all of their financial needs from account opening and maintenance to processing transactions. Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor. Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals. Time spent in various aspects of this universal role will vary depending upon Financial Center traffic and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
  • Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
  • Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
  • Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
QualificationsEducation

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

1 or more years customer service or sales experience. (Required)

6 to 12 months cash handling experience. (Preferred)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
