About the Role:ย 

We are seeking a high-performingย GTMย &ย Strategic Financeย Associate to help accelerate decision-making across ourย revenueย andย financeย organizations. This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, enjoys solving problems, and can translate data into actionable insight. You will develop a deep understanding of how the business generates revenue-from top-of-funnel acquisition through sales conversion, customer retention, and bottom-line impact. You will use that end-to-end view to build models, analyze performance, and surface insights that drive growth, efficiency, and clarity.ย 

Whatย You'llย Do:ย 

Business Understanding & Performance Analysisย 

  • Build a holistic view of how revenue flows through the business: Marketingย ย Salesย ย Customer Successย ย Financial outcomesย 
  • Analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance toย understandย key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesย 
  • Monitor GTM KPIs and financial metrics, focusingย onย the levers that influenceย growth and profitabilityย 

Modeling, Forecasting & Reportingย 

  • Develop andย maintainย revenueย and operational models (pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn/retention, unit economics)ย 
  • Support ongoing forecasts and executive reporting, ensuring visibility into performance vs. expectationsย 
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide conciseย explanations and recommendations to leadersย 
  • Prepare investor and board reporting, ensuringย accurateย representation of financial results and key business metricsย 

Insight Generation & Decision Supportย 

  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisionsย 
  • Evaluate pricing, packaging, GTM investments, and strategic initiatives through quantitative impact analysisย 
  • Partnerย across functionsย to accelerate decision velocity and improve executionย 

AI-Enabled Efficiency & Analysisย 

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting, and automate manual workflowsย 
  • Identifyย opportunities to use AI for forecasting, data processing, and operational optimizationย 
  • Stay proactive in experimenting with and adopting emerging AI capabilitiesย 

What You'll Bring:ย 

  • 3-5ย years inย investment banking,ย privateย equity,ย consulting,ย finance,ย revops,ย analytics, or a related cross-functional role (SaaS preferred)ย 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;ย advancedย inย modeling and data interpretationย 
  • Excellent communication skills-able to synthesize complexity into clarityย 
  • Experience with CRM/reporting systems,ย BI tools,ย SQL is a plusย
