Job description

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes.
  • Collaborate with the Global Controller in the review key financial outputs including consolidated reporting, balance sheet reviews, and executive decks.
  • Establish and uphold consistent accounting policies and documentation standards.
  • Provide oversight and escalation support to ensure alignment between global accounting policies and Shared Services execution.
  • Partner with Division and market finance teams to resolve complex accounting issues and drive alignment on accounting treatment and reporting expectations.
  • Provide governance over statutory reporting, external audits, and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring risks are proactively identified and managed.
  • Provide direct leadership, performance management, and development for two Associate Manager-level direct reports responsible for accounting for Division Headquarters, quarterly reporting and consolidations, and the corresponding executive deliverables.
  • Ensure effective coordination across global teams, including Shared Services, third-party providers, and international finance partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including global or multi-entity environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with direct people management and oversight of geographically dispersed teams.
  • Deep expertise in consolidation, statutory reporting, and external audit processes.
  • Strong knowledge of global accounting frameworks and internal control environments.
  • Experience working with Shared Service Centers and third-party providers.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, manage complexity, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • High degree of professional judgment and accountability in complex situations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
