A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join its Miami office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, investment funds, and institutional investors in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions.

Ideal Background

3–6 years of real estate finance experience at a large law firm
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate financing transactions
• Experience with acquisition financings, construction loans, mortgage lending, syndicated lending, and other secured lending transactions preferred
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, guaranties, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents
• Ability to assume significant drafting, negotiation, and deal management responsibilities
• Strong client service, communication, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
