Senior Financial Associate
An outstanding opportunity exists to join RVR Consulting Group, an Orlando-based firm specializing in helping small to mid-market businesses maximize their value and optimize their talent through research-based strategy. As a Senior Financial Associate, your key responsibilities will include developing financial models, performing financial and data analyses, developing actionable KPIs and metrics, managing multiple projects concurrently, and effectively communicating with clients and team members.
The Senior Financial Associate is a key contributor to the team, and in this role you will utilize and grow your skills in project management, business analysis, process improvement, financial reporting, change management, and exit planning, to support consulting projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be adept at self-managing with a high drive to exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do

  • Gather critical information to formulate financial models that provide clients with meaningful insights into their company
  • Analyze data to accurately forecast client budgets and communicate the financial impact of strategic decisions
  • Develop content for and participate in client meetings, to include communicating project updates and go-forward recommendations
  • Successfully and adeptly manage a multi-consultant project team
  • Support Senior Consultants and RVR leadership in the development and execution of project work and client deliverables

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in a financial or professional business environment
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Expert-level Excel skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
