Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis for both enterprise-wide and ad hoc strategic initiatives. Working closely with the CFO Leadership Team, EMC and other cross-functional partners, this role delivers critical analytical support for management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling. The position offers opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders, contribute to executive-level deliverables, and drive process improvements, all while deepening expertise in financial analytics and business partnership. Located at Constellation's Aqueduct office in Rochester, NY.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Essential Functions

  • Support core FP&A processes including monthly close, rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning across corporate functions and enterprise priorities.

  • Serve as a strategic finance business partner to key stakeholders and senior leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to guide spending, resource allocation, and achievement of business objectives.

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, growth opportunities, and multiple scenario outcomes.

  • Perform variance, trend, and performance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze large data sets from multiple internal and external sources to improve decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and financial visibility.

  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, including EMC and Board-level materials, translating complex information into clear, concise insights and recommendations.

  • Participate in ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects related to enterprise strategy, cost optimization, organizational investments, and drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.

Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business (Finance/Accounting) or Economics

  • MBA in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred but not required

  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting preferred

Skills Required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with OneStream software preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences

  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles with strong business acumen

  • Ability to build effective partnershipsand work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across functions

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilitieswith attention to detail

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process efficiency and simplification

  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently while seeking guidance when needed

The salary range for this role is:

$74,900.00 - $112,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
