Essential Skills: The role is based in Chicago and requires working on the trading floor at the Chicago office a minimum of four days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional expertise in brokerage with OMS-based trading support environments.Monitor the full trade lifecycle| ensuring accurate processing from execution through settlement.Perform daily trade reconciliations across internal systems| clearing firms| and custodians| resolving breaks and settlement issues.Act as the primary point of contact for front-office traders| clients| and internal partners to resolve production issues and inquiries.Identify operational risks| conduct root cause analysis| and implement process improvements.Produce and validate daily and weekly management reports and trading metrics.Participate in system testing and support the implementation of technology enhancements.
