Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. This role will partner closely with leadership to provide insights that drive profitability, cost control, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist with the annual budget process and ongoing forecast updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within systems and reports.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting (industry experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling certifications.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $39.00 per hour
