Your role at Clorox:

Purell is on a mission to drive outsized growth, redefining the category in which we play and how consumers relate to our brand in their day-to-day life. We are a scrappy, upstart business housed within the larger Clorox organization. The Purell Brand Experience Manager will shape how our brand comes to life across every touchpoint. In this role, you'll lead breakthrough, full funnel marketing and elevate our presence across retail with a strong omni and digital-first approach.
You'll be the driving force behind Purell's consumer brand experience, partnering closely with teams across product, portfolio, and innovation to bring big ideas to market. We're seeking a strategic, data driven marketer who loves to build, create, and deliver work that moves the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Brand Strategy Activation, bringing it to life across consumer and customer touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent, compelling brand expression across all communications and creative - emphasis on digital marketing, social, influencer, retail and PR.
  • Own Integrated Brand & Commercial Planning, developing full funnel plans across brand, media, shopper, and sales.
  • Drive strong performance across e commerce channels, including Walmart, Target and Instacart. Influence Amazon's PDP, Assortment and Content as a Marketing vehicle for other channels.
  • Lead Cross Functional & Agency Alignment, Partners with Commercial, Insights, and Customer teams to translate insights into briefs and creative.
  • Drive Learning, Measurement & Optimization, building a clear learning agenda tied to KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance and Analytic Insights to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for shared Brand Experience teams and agency partners.

What we look for:

  • Typically 5+ years of CPG experience with Digital Marketing, Social and Retail Marketing experience, ~10-15% Travel, and BS/BA Degree
  • Brand Experience/Marketing background with ownership of full funnel media, proven campaign execution track record and delivery of measurable business impact
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience guiding integrated creative in Creative across digital, ecommerce and retail, including Briefing/Development, Social/Influencer, Retail Media, Digital Content Optimization, Cross-Functional Influence, Financial Acumen
  • Knowledgeable in eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart.com, Instacart), PDP optimization, retail media, influencer/UGC programs, and test-and-learn methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving learning and performance measurement.

-Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

-Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

-Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500
