Now Hiring: Financial Analyst III – Overland Park, KS (Onsite)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst III with strong payroll expertise for a contract opportunity in Overland Park, KS. This role focuses on payroll operations, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Financial Analyst III

  • Location: Overland Park, KS 66251

  • Pay Rate: $50/hour on W2

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll programs to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting.

  • Oversee payroll tax, garnishments, and payroll operations while maintaining compliance.

  • Lead payroll-related projects, including testing, data validation, and implementation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Partner with Legal, Accounting, and Human Resources to resolve payroll-related issues.

  • Analyze payroll data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in payroll processing, payroll operations, and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax and garnishments.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with HR, Payroll, reporting applications, and system integrations is preferred.

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
