Position Summary
The Auxiliary Supervisor provides leadership and coordination for student housing, dining, and auxiliary retail operations. This role ensures effective financial management, supports student engagement and success, and collaborates across departments to deliver high-quality services aligned with institutional goals, compliance standards, and operational excellence.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Oversee student housing operations, including resident assistants and occupancy readiness.
  • Manage Bistro operations, including menu planning, pricing, and meal plan administration.
  • Support auxiliary retail operations including the Spirit Store.
  • Deliver housing and meal plan orientations and support student engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of student payments.
  • Collaborate with Athletics and campus departments to support student needs and retention goals.
  • Coordinate with facilities staff, vendors, and property managers to maintain and prepare housing units.
  • Reconcile auxiliary expenses and verify invoices for timely payment processing.
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close and P-card reconciliations.
  • Support annual budgeting and maintain expense tracking tools using Excel and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and maintain knowledge of financial aid programs.
  • Perform duties aligned with institutional mission and complete additional assignments as directed.
