Company Description The Frank Development Group, Inc. is a family owned real estate development and investment company that has been building residential projects since the 1960โ€™s.

Role Description The Accounting Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, supporting daily accounting and finance operations. This role assists with recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconciling bank and credit card statements. The Accounting Assistant helps prepare and review basic financial reports, supports month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensures accurate filing and documentation of financial records. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and vendors, responding to inquiries, and helping improve accounting processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Accounting and Bookkeeping, including accurate transaction recording and reporting to tax prep firm

  • Proficiency with Accounting Software QuickBooks
  • Basic understanding of Finance principles relevant to real estate or corporate environments.
