Through 3-4 strategic rotations (8-12 months each) which may include Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit, you will gain deep technical expertise and broad enterprise perspective.

Requirements

  • Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2022-2026), with concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of direct finance / accounting professional experience to demonstrate progressive responsibility, critical thinking and analytical rigor
  • Strong sense of ownership to demonstrate financial modeling, problem-solving, team player, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into Sr. Manager/Manager-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing, implementing and utilizing enterprise technology automation, visualization and analytics solutions to improve finance operations, productivity and performance.
