Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Foodservice Finance, you will perform moderately complex financial analysis for an assigned area and present recommendations to management. You will identify and investigate issues related to assigned projects and support business decision-making through strong partnership, insight, and financial rigor. This role requires a minimum of three years of related professional experience.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as a finance and accounting partner for a specified function by assessing needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing sound financial guidance.
  • Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for the assigned component of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
  • Update the monthly forecast for the assigned function based on business changes and communicate those changes through clear, actionable, and forward-looking commentary, including guidance on potential risks.
  • Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including timely identification and resolution of unusual items and issues.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and models to support a variety of requests based on the assigned function, including product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
  • Own project work that rotates across several financial disciplines, including financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
  • Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for the assigned function.
  • Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports to business partners and leadership.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of professional general business and financial experience.
  • Experience with profit and loss management and working knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts.
  • Experience partnering across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve organizational challenges.
  • Experience with SAP or comparable financial systems preferred.

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
