Technical Talent Resource Manager @ A-V Services, Inc. | Audio-Visual Production A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, seeks an Audio/Visual/Multimedia Technician for on-site support. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector. Additionally, comprehensive audio video skills. Ideal candidate would have Associates level college degree in a technology related field and/or minimum 3 years of previous employment with AV support responsibilities in the AV industry. Overview A-V Services is a prominent AV solutions provider, actively serving Fortune 100 clients across finance, pharmaceutical, and computing sectors. We deliver end-to-end audio & visual solutions, ensuring reliable performance for corporate work environments. Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems, including switching, routing, and interfacing technology. Support videoconferencing, audio‐conferencing, and related technologies. Manage technical AV and IT systems, staying up-to-date with evolving technologies and features. Operate digital audio consoles (A1) for live events. Read and follow AV system flow diagrams and support documentation. Collaborate daily with on‐site AV team to deliver smooth events such as town‐hall meetings, conference rooms, and video‐conference based events, including telepresence. Remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, professional image. Qualifications 3+ years of AV support experience or an associate degree in a technology related field. Technical AV certifications such as CTS are a plus. Proficiency in personal computer use, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
