Job description

Our client is one of the fastest-growing Am Law 100 firms in the country, with 700+ attorneys across 19 global offices and a nationally recognized finance practice. The Dallas office is the firm's flagship, housed in a new 27-story tower in the Harwood District of uptown. The culture is genuinely collegial - built on teamwork, mutual respect, and long-term stability rather than churn. About the Role You'll join a growing transactional finance team supporting leading partners in leveraged finance, managing credit facility closings from kickoff through closing binder. Day to day, you'll run closing checklists and deliveries, conduct UCC and IP lien searches, review entity and organizational documents, and draft consents, certificates, and schedules to credit and security agreements. This is a non-exempt role with steady deal flow, meaning overtime is real, available, and paid. What You'll Need 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm finance or transactional practice (leveraged finance, banking/lending, structured finance, private equity, or restructuring) Hands-on credit facility closing experience: checklists, signature pages, closing deliveries, closing binders UCC and lien search/filing experience at state and county levels Familiarity with entity formation and organizational documents (certificates, bylaws, LP/LLC agreements, consents) Strong writing, research, and multi-deal organizational skills; able to work independently ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree Details Onsite in uptown Dallas (4-5 days/week). $90K-$110K base depending on experience, plus overtime eligibility and full benefits.
