We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager HVAC Business (Finance & Operations Focused)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and cost control, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for revenue enhancement.

  • Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships to maximize margins and operational effectiveness.

Operational Leadership & Efficiency

  • Direct and oversee all day-to-day operations, including service, installation, maintenance, and administrative functions.

  • Optimize operational processes, scheduling, and inventory management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational facets of the business.

Team Management & Development
