CJM Wealth Advisers is seeking a talented and dedicated Processing/Operations/Admin to join our Operations/Admin Department. This role provides vital support to our Financial Planners, Co-Planners, and their direct associates in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support to Financial Planners and Co-Planners in day-to-day client operations.
  • Preparing paperwork and client facing presentations
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities while adhering to service standards and strict deadlines.
  • Assist with processing forms, updating records, and maintaining compliance requirements within internal systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless client support and efficient office operations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years client support/processing/paperwork/administrative experience in financial services, banking, or the insurance industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and comfort learning new systems.
  • Must work well within a team.
